The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America is proudly offering the Teens College Scholarship for the U.S students. Each year, three awards available plus ten Honorable Mention, those are amounting ranging from $500 to $5,000. To apply, all entries must be submitted no later than 15 February on annual basis.
The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) is pleased to offer the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Teens for Alzheimer’s Awareness College Scholarship. Scholarship awards to deserving college-bound students will be a $5,000 scholarship to the winner; and $2,500 and $1,000 scholarships to the first and second runner-up, respectively. Additionally, ten $500 scholarships will be awarded for Honorable Mention.

Eligibility and Criteria
- Plan to enter an accredited college/university within 12 months of the scholarship deadline
- Be currently enrolled in a public, independent, parochial, military, home-school or other high school in the United States (if not currently enrolled, please explain extenuating circumstances)
- Submit all required materials by the application deadline- February 15, 2017
- In order to be named winner, runner-up or Honorable Mention and to process the scholarship award, the scholarship recipient will be required to supply proof of high school enrollment (i.e., official transcript); and he or she subsequently must provide official documentation of registration from the college/university that he or she is attending in the following fall or spring in order to receive the scholarship monies.
The U.S students may apply this scholarship.
