Bloomsbury PhD Studentships – UK

The applications for the Bloomsbury PhD Studentships are now accepted. Only U.K. and European Union students are invited to apply. To be eligible, he or she must be an exceptional student and highly motivated to obtain mater degree in social or biological sciences. This award will cover the tuition fees of the studies.

Scholarship Description
The Bloomsbury Colleges are a consortium of five University of London colleges comprising Birkbeck (BBK), the Institute of Education (IOE), the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). Applications are invited for a three-year PhD studentship. The Bloomsbury PhD Studentships will cover course fees (at the usual level for UK and EU studentships) and a student stipend.

Each of the successful applicants will be granted award that covers course fees (at the usual level for UK and EU studentships) and a student stipend.

Eligibility and Criteria
This scholarship open outstanding students and highly motivated with a social or biological sciences Masters degree, with some training in quantitative methods. We will additionally provide further training in both demographic and statistical methods as necessary, to suit the student’s existing training and experience.
