Each year, the INSEAD Elof Hansson Endowed Scholarship is available for students applying INSEAD’s MBA programme. Those are coming from Sweden are encouraged to apply. Winner will receive benefit of €6,000.
The Elof Hansson Foundation endowed a gift in 1997 to create a scholarship fund to assist Swedish candidates to finance their studies on INSEAD’s MBA programme. One scholarship is available for each class.
Successful candidate will receive $6,000.

Eligibility and Criteria
Preference will be given to Swedish candidates with experience in industry and a commitment to a career in the industrial sector. Financial need will be taken into consideration.
Swedish students are invited to apply.
All candidates are required to submit essay on the topics as follow:
- In approximately 350 words give your views on how Swedish industry will evolve over the next decade. What do you consider your potential contribution will be?
- In approximately 200 words explain why you believe you merit an INSEAD Elof Hansson Scholarship and outline any factors that you feel distinguish you from other candidates.
- In approximately 150-200 words provide a concise by accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as a cash flow forecast for the year at INSEAD (details of income set against all expenditures).
