The University of Loughborough is now pleases to announce undergraduate scholarship that available for students from foreign countries. More than 100 students will be selected to receive the demanding award. The successful applicants will receive 25% tuition reduction. International students will be considered automatically in this scholarship award.
Over 100 scholarships will be available for entry in 2015 to new self-financing full-time students eligible to pay international fees. The Loughborough University International Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of outstanding academic achievement and potential. Each scholarship will be for the first year of study only.
These scholarships will be to the value of 25% of the programme tuition fee and that value will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account.
Level and Area of Studies
Undergraduate level in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil and Building Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic, Electrical and Systems Engineering, English and Drama, Geography, Materials Engineering, Mathematical Sciences, Physics, Politics, History and International Relations, Social Sciences, Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences, Mechanical and Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemical Engineering.

Eligibility and Criteria
Different courses will have varying criteria for awarding these Scholarships. However, in general, students will be expected to have achieved, or be predicted to achieve the equivalent of A*AA to AAA in three full A-levels. Students other international qualifications will also be considered and an equivalent level of achievement will be required. Only applicants selecting the Loughborough University offer as their firm (first) choice through UCAS will be eligible for these Scholarships.
International Students may apply this scholarship.
If an applicant finds it necessary to defer his or her application to the next academic year, then the scholarship award will not automatically be deferred. In this situation, the applicant should contact the International Office who will confirm whether the scholarship will be available the following year.
