Out To Protect is pleased to invite applications for the Out To Protect Scholarship Program. The scholarship is exclusively open to those identified as gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, or transgender. The closing date of application is November 30, 2017.
Out To Protect offers a law enforcement scholarship for individuals who identify as gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender, or straight ally and who are pursuing a career in law enforcement by putting themselves through a basic training program.
The winner of the Out To Protect Scholarship will receive benefit of awards range from $500 to $1000.

In the United States of America.
Eligibility and Criteria
- Identify as gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, or transgender.
- Be currently enrolled in a basic law enforcement training program in the United States (sponsored or self-sponsored).
- Demonstrate being a visible, positive role model for law enforcement
- Demonstrate being able to graduate from a law enforcement training program.
