P4hpt Postgraduate Scholarships for African Applicants

Applicants are now invited to apply a number of PhD and Master scholarship which is sponsored by Partnering for Health Professionals Training in African Universities (P4HPT) an European Commission funded project. These scholarships are exclusively available for African students only. This year, there are 59 awards available (41 full-time Masters Scholarships and 18 full-time PhD). Each of those covers a range of interesting benefits as listed below. To apply, the completed application form must be submitted no later than 12 June 2015.

Scholarship Description
Partnering for Health Professionals Training in African Universities (P4HPT) is an EU-funded project under the Intra-ACP Academic Mobility Scheme which aims at building capacity of health professionals with a view to expand the health workforce size in the target countries and subsequently improve well-being of communities.

Award Value
Each of the successful applicants will receive the benefits as follow:
-Round-trip flight ticket and visa costs
-Direct participation costs: tuition , registration fees and service fees, where applicable.
-Comprehensive Travel Insurance (Health, Accident and Travel)
-A monthly subsistence allowance for the mobility period
-Master: €600 for 24 months
-Doctorates: €900 for 48 months
-Staff: €1000 for 6 months
