The Piramal Foundation is delighted to announce the Piramal Fellowship. This program open to any mid-career professional with a university degree qualification. Fellows will have opportunity to participate in a-two year program and obtain new knowledge in business and its social-impact. The winning fellows will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000.
The Piramal Fellowship is a unique opportunity for aspiring business and community leaders to engage where business and social impact intersect. Fellows are placed in leadership roles with for-profit businesses designed for social and environmental change. The program encourages participants to channel their business experience towards solutions with some of India’s most cutting-edge social entrepreneurs. The Program is designed to prepare fellows for a future in social-impact business, through assistance in pursuing further education at top business schools, support for business planning, and expanding networks to enable impact leadership.
Each of the successful candidates will receive a nominal monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000 to enable fellows to meet their needs and work in India for the duration of their Fellowship. Fellows will be responsible for covering room and board expenses at their project sites, health insurance as well as for their airfare to and from Hyderabad, India. Project related travel will be reimbursed by partner organizations.

Eligibility and Criteria
To be eligible for the fellowship program, prospective fellows must have at minimum a university degree and two years of work experience. You must also be eligible to work in India (Foreign applicants: see work visa requirements set forth by the Indian Government through the official website).
