Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) is delighted to invite applications for the International Science and Engineering Excellence Awards for 2017/18 academic session. The scholarship open to any students undertaking post-graduate degree in the field that related to Science and Engineering. The winning students will receive £5,000 each.
Each of the successful applicants will be granted £5,000.
Level and Area of Studies
Postgraduate degree in all subjects available within School of Biological and Chemical Sciences; School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science; School of Engineering and Materials Science (excluding MSc Dental Materials (J5S9) and School of Physics and Astronomy.
Place of Study
In the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and Criteria
- Student must not be in receipt of any other College scholarship or full-fee scholarship from any other source, eg, Chevening.
- If student is awarded the £5,000 scholarship it will be deducted directly from tuition fees payable to the College. They must be able to finance the remainder of their tuition fees and living expenses.
- Students who take an industrial placement year as part of a two year MSc will not receive a scholarship during this year in industry.
International students are welcome to apply.
There is no need to complete a separate application form to be considered for an International Science and Engineering Excellence Award. Students will be considered for an award on the basis of the information they provide in their online application to Queen Mary.
