UKNEST Scholarships for Undergraduate Degree in Science & Engineering

The applications for the UKNEST Scholarships are now accepted. Undergraduate students who are studying Mathematics, Science, Technology and Engineering-related field are welcome to apply. This year, up to ten awards available. Each of those amounting £3,000. The application deadline is 31 August each year.

Scholarship Description
The United Kingdom Naval Engineering Science & Technology (UK NEST) Forum & Lloyd’s Register Foundation are offering up to 12 Undergraduate Scholarships to students who are interested in future employment in the Naval Defence Sector.

Award Value
Each of the successful applicants of the UKNEST Scholarships will receive benefit as follow:

  • £3,000 per academic year.
  • mentoring from a UK NEST Member Organization
  • the potential for work placement with a UK NEST Organisation

Level and Area of Studies
Undergraduate degree in the field of Mathematics, Science, Technology and Engineering-related field.

Place of Study
The study can be taken in the U.K.

Eligibility and Criteria
Applications are encouraged from Mathematics, Science, Technology and Engineering undergraduates, especially those about to enter their second year of study. The Scholarship is for one year, but students may apply for further funding if progress is satisfactory.

UK students may apply this UKNEST Scholarships.
