Scholarship Description
A fully funded three year postgraduate Bonnart Trust PhD Scholarship, to commence in October 2019, will be awarded to an outstanding candidate whose research topic explores a theme concerned with either Diversity and Belonging or Minorities and Social Justice. The research Scholarship will be awarded by the School of Social Sciences, History and Philosophy, Birkbeck, University of London.

Award Value
The three year Scholarship will commence in October 2019. It will cover the cost of fees at the full-time home/EU rate for MPhil/PhD degrees (currently £4,260), and provide an annual stipend set at Research Council rates (currently £16,777).

PhD research on a theme concerned with either Diversity and Belonging or Minorities and Social Justice.

Place of Study
The study will be taken in the United Kingdom.

Eligibility and Criteria
Candidates will normally possess at least an upper second class undergraduate honours degree or equivalent and a master’s degree or equivalent.
