Copenhagen PhD Fellowship in Protein Biology in Denmark

The University of Copenhagen through Department of Biology, Faculty of Science is offering PhD fellowship in Protein Biology. Candidates must hold an MSc degree in biochemistry/cell biology/molecular biology with good results and good English skills. International students are welcome to apply. Entries must be received by August 10, 2018.

Fellowship Description
The main focus of the work in the host laboratory is to understand protein folding and misfolding in the endoplasmic reticulum of mammalian cells. We use a variety of biochemical and cell biological methods, supported by molecular biology and bioinformatics.

Award Value
The starting salary is currently at a minimum DKK 321.054 including annual supplement (+ pension up to DKK 52.174,84). Negotiation for salary supplement is possible.

Applicants should hold an MSc degree in biochemistry/cell biology/molecular biology with good results and good English skills. As criteria for the assessment of your qualifications emphasis will also be laid on previous publications (if any) and relevant work experience.
