The University of Waterloo in Canada is offering the David Johnston Scholarship for any student applying undergraduate program at the university. Both Canadians and overseas students are welcome to apply. The deadline is varies depending on applied program.
Several scholarships, valued at $5,000 each, are awarded annually to outstanding international students admitted to Year One of an undergraduate degree program. Selection will be based on academic achievement combined with any other faculty-specific scholarship criteria. These scholarships were established through the generous support of donors in honour of former Waterloo president David Johnston as a lasting tribute to his 11-year service to this University and in recognition of his passion for international opportunities for students.
Each winner will be granted $5,000.
