The University of Canterbury in New Zealand is offering the Ensom Prize for any student enrolled undergraduate program at the university. This essay scholarship provide $1, 500 prize for the winners. Entries are accepted no later than 30 September 2020.
The prize is for an essay on a specified topic relating to constructive policy to promote and preserve international peace and goodwill. It was established in 1931 from a bequest of Sarah Ann Ensom, who died on 9 June 1929.
The scholarship will provide $1, 500 prize.

Eligibility and Requirement
In order to be eligible for this Ensom Prize Program, applicants must:
- be undergraduates of the University of Canterbury; or
- have become eligible to graduate from the University with their first degree not more than 12 months before the closing date for applications for the current round.
