The Forklift Systems is proudly announcing  available “Giving Students A Lift Scholarship. Undergraduate students are welcomed to apply this scholarship. Please note that Forklift Systems Scholarship only available for U.S. Citizen or Permanent Residence. Each of the winners of the scholarship will receive $1,000.00. Deadline is November 30th each year.

Scholarship Description
The winner will receive a one-time $1,000 scholarship to be applied to qualified expenses: including tuition, fees, books, and on-campus room and board. Funds are provided by Forklift Systems Incorporated. Payments are issued by Forklift Systems, made payable to the student. Winners are responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prizes that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to taxes. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Any prize won by a minor in any state where the age of majority is not 18 will be awarded to such minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return any required documentation. Winners will be notified by email.

Scholarship Value
A $1,000.00 award will be provided to a deserving undergraduate student.

Eligibility and Criteria
Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident of the United States, and may not be an associate (employee) or direct relative of an associate, of any division of Forklift Systems Incorporated. If the applicant or the applicant’s parent/legal guardian is employed by Forklift Systems Incorporated at the time of award, the student is no longer eligible and will forfeit the scholarship.

Application Instruction
Write a convincing, heartfelt essay describing what field of study you are or will be pursuing during your college education, and what excites you about this subject. The essay should be between 500 – 1,000 words.
