The Development Leadership Scholarships Programmes are now available. These scholarships are exclusively intended to the U.S. and Canadian students only. He or she must has an offer to study at Global Development Institute (GDI), Manchester University. The winning students will receive benefit of full tuition fee waiver. The application deadline is 26 May 2017.
The Global Development Institute (GDI) is pleased to announce the availability of two scholarships for United States and Canadian nationals, providing full tuition fee waivers for on-campus Masters programmes commencing in September 2017.

Eligibility and Criteria
- Applicants must already hold an unconditional offer for a GDI Masters programme (a list of which can be found here – please note that the ‘alternative courses in other Schools’ areexcluded from these scholarships).
- Applicants must hold a First Class Honours bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Only U.S. and Canadian students are welcome to apply.
Applicants should email a 500-word statement detailing how they will apply their learning to develop a credible career track into development leadership. The closing date for applications for September 2017 will be the 26 May 2017, but earlier application is advisable.
