Applications for the GE/LNESC Scholarship are now accepted. This scholarship is available for minority students who are pursuing bachelor program in the field of business or engineering. The winning student will receive benefit of $5,000. To apply, application packet must be received no later than 28 September 2015.
LULAC National Educational Service Centers, Inc. (LNESC) and General Electric Foundation have teamed up to offer scholarship. The Program is intended to assist and encourage outstanding minority students in completing their college education.
The winner of this GE/LNESC Scholarship Program will be granted $5,000.

Eligibility and Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must be satisfying the given criteria as follow:
- Must be a minority student pursuing full-time studies leading to a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university in the U.S.
- Must be classified as a college sophomore in the fall semester
- Must have a cumulative college grade point average of at least 25on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent
- Must be a business or engineering major
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
