The Institute for Transport Studies (ITS), University of Leeds is now accepting applications for an International Masters Scholarships for students pursuing master degree in transport studies. UK and overseas students are welcome to apply. The winners may expect to receive award valued up to £5000 (international) or £3000 (UK/EU). To apply, the completed application form must be be submitted no later than 20 June 2018.
The Institute for Transport Studies (ITS), University of Leeds, is offering a number of fees scholarships, each worth up to £5,000 for international students and £3000 for UK/EU students, to provide development opportunities to students of outstanding ability, achievement and potential. The scholarships will fund 50% of the tuition fees for international and UK/EU students to undertake a full-time Masters degree programme at ITS. The scholarships form part of the ITS mission to advance the understanding of global transport, via the development of future transport professionals.
The scholarships will provide a partial fee waiver for the 2018-19 academic year.

Eligibility and Criteria
This scholarship is available for students who have been admitted, either unconditionally or conditionally commencing in September 2017, at one of the following master programs:
• MA Transport Economics
• MSc Sustainability (Transport)
• MSc Transport Planning
• MSc Transport Planning and the Environment
• MSc (Eng) Transport Planning and Engineering
UK and overseas students are welcome to apply.
Applicants should submit the ITS scholarship form, including a statement of 500 words on how a Masters degree would enable them to make a difference to transportation (e.g in their country, region or area) and specifically to tackle a significant problem or issue. Scholarship applications will be assessed on a competitive basis.
Scholarship applications should be submitted to ITS no later than 20th June 2018 .
