The University of Dundee in the United Kingdom is inviting applications for the Jainti Dass Saggar Memorial Scholarship Program. Only students from India are welcome to apply. They must pursuing bachelor program in one of the specified fields.
The scholarship is named to honour one of Dundee’s early Indian students who went on to use his education to help transform the lives of ordinary people living in the city of Dundee. Born in northern India (1898) he transferred his medical studies to the Medical School in Dundee and graduated in 1923.
The winner will receive benefit of £10,000.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Studying an Undergraduate programme in any of the University of Dundee’s Academic Schools in September 2020;
- Indian domiciled;
- Meet the Global Excellence Scholarship Undergraduate criteria and have a confirmed Global Excellence award from the University of Dundee.
There is no separate application form for this scholarship, as the Admissions Team will review applicants who have a confirmed Global Excellence Undergraduate award.
