MIDS Managed Scholarships | LLM Scholarship for Dev. Countries’ Students in Switzerland

Applications for the MIDS Managed Scholarships are now being accepted. The scholarships are exclusively available for those coming from any developing country who are planning to undertake LLM degree in Switzerland. Geneva Law School and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, the sponsor, provide award that cover tuition fee and living cost for the scholarship winner. To apply, entries must be received by 2 February 2018.

Value and Tenure
MIDS Managed LLM Scholarship covers the total tuition fees as well as CHF 15,000 toward living expenses during the 10 months of the program.

Level and Area of Studies
Master degree in International Dispute Settlement (LLM Program)

Place of Study
The study will be taken in Switzerland.

Eligibility and Criteria

  • Demonstrated financial need on the part of candidates as well as their immediate and extended families, employers and any other persons who might otherwise have been able to contribute toward financing their MIDS studies;
  • Demonstrated failure to secure loans or scholarships from other available sources, including employers, banks, governments and private providers;
  • Coming from a country considered to have a developing economy.
