The MIT THINK Scholarship Program is open to high school students in the United States. The winning applicants will receive prize of $7,000. To apply, please submit your application no later than January 1st, 2020

Scholarship Description
Rather than requiring students to have completed a research project before applying, THINK caters to students who have done extensive research on the background of a potential research project and are looking for additional guidance in the early stages of their project. The program is organized by a group of undergraduates at MIT.

Award Value
The winning applicants will receive prize of $7,000.

Level & Area of Studies
High school level in any field.

Place of study
any institution in the United States.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Applicant must be a full-time high school student (i.e. attending a public, private, or home school) at the time of your application, must be a US resident during the 2019-2020 academic year.
  • US citizenship is not required; US citizens living outside the country are not eligible.
