Scholarship Description

A total scholarship fund worth £20,000 is available to applicants wishing to study a taught MA at the University of Kent, Rome starting in September 2019. The purpose of this award is to help those candidates who are going to take part in a master’s degree course and wants to spread positivity in the world.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Open to UK, EU and overseas fee-paying students.
  • Applicants should be on track for a first-class Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject, or an equivalent non-UK qualification, or a Master’s degree at merit or distinction in a relevant subject or equivalent.
  • Applicants must have formally accepted an offer of a place on one of the following Rome MA programmes starting in September 2019: Ancient History, History of Art, Roman History & Archaeology.
  • Scholarships will be awarded to outstanding applicants able to demonstrate a high level of academic achievement, clear intellectual ambition and the potential to make a strong contribution to their chosen MA programme.
