The TOTAL Bursary Program is now open. The award is exclusively intended to South African students who are pursuing certificate, diploma or degree programme at an FET college or a university. The TOTAL Bursary Award covers all of the related expenses. To apply, the required documents must be received by 30 November each year.
It offers bursaries to learners who require financial assistance for full time tuition at an FET college or a university in order for them to achieve a formal qualification e.g. a certificate, diploma or degree.
TOTAL South Africa Bursary covers tuition fees, books and stationery and accommodation.
Level and Area of Studies
Certificate, diploma or degree programme in Engineering (Mechanical. Industrial and Civil), Economics, Finance (Accounting or Tax), Marketing, Environmental Studies, Human Resources, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Law and Governance and Health and Safety.
Place of Study
The study will be taken in South Africa.
Eligibility and Criteria
Priority consideration for bursaries is given to previously disadvantaged South Africa students who have successfully completed their Grade 12 with a university exemption. Bursaries are also provided to students in their third year studies provided they have achieved an average of 65% or greater for years 1 and 2 and require funding to continue their studies.
Only South African students are invited to apply.
The application package must be containing the documents as follow:
- Application letter motivating why a bursary should be awarded in your favor
- Curriculum Vitae with contact details (more than one contact number and address)
- Certified Copies of recent academic record/transcript
- Proof of registration/admission letter from tertiary institution
- Certified copy of identity document
- Proof of parents/guardian income.
